A recharge order once placed cannot be cancelled.
If the details you entered for your recharge plan is valid then your recharge will be successful. However, if any of the details you entered is incorrect, the payment will go through but recharge may fail at the operator's end. In such a scenario, your refund will be immediately initiated to your original payment method. Please note that a few mobile service providers may have enforced a time interval, ranging from a few seconds up to 15 minutes, before consecutive attempts of recharging the same mobile number. If you've just recharged your mobile number, please wait up to 15 minutes before you attempt to recharge it again.

Recharges are done almost instantly. However, it may take up to 05 seconds or more for the confirmation screen to come up post recharge. You will also receive SMS and Email notifications confirming the same.

The recharge successful notifications (SMS and email) include a reference number. Please reach out to the DTH operator customer care stating the reference number and request support.
Got a message that the recharge is pending? In such cases, if the recharge is not successful within 2 days, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed to the original payment method used.
